POSITION SUMMARY
The Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations for a two hundred forty nine (249) unit elderly, Project Based, Section 8 property. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Job Responsibilities
Using wheel loader (forks) to move vehicles
Using excavator to remove engines &amp; transmissions from vehicles
Using baler to bale vehicles
Loading dump trailers with either excavator or baler crane
Daily operator equipment inspections
Must be willing to work flexible schedule / weekends
 
Skill Sets
Current Massachusetts Hoisting License 2A/1C
Current Massachusetts drivers license
Current DOT Medical Card
Previous loader fork experience not just bucket work
Previous excavator experience
Three years experience - required
Previous experience with moving vehicles not just construction material
