RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB OVERVIEW
The Box Office Associate supports the Box Office Manager with daily ticketing operations, including guest inquiries and sales, contributing to a welcoming, efficient, and accessible front-of-house experience for all patrons.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS

<li>Support daily box office operations, including ticket sales, will-call, opening/closing procedures, and basic financial handling under the guidance of the Box Office Manager.</li>
<li>Provide attentive, human-centered customer service for phone, email, and in-person inquiries, including ticket purchases, exchanges, conflict resolution, and ADA accommodations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate guest records in the CRM system (e.g., Spektrix) and ensure data integrity through proper data-entry practices.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
