Position Summary
The Engineering Mechanic Overnight will be under general supervision, assists in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renovation, remodelling, and general upkeep to keep the facility functional and attractive to prospective customers. A substantial amount of time will be spent painting. 
Essential Functions

<li>Conduct walk-through and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the hotel, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, and any other related equipment.</li>

<li>This position is responsible for keeping equipment running in production, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling equipment</li>

<li>Interact with management as well as other personnel to analyze and correct any equipment performance issues</li>

Service Technician Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent hands-on job experience</li>
<li>Must be able to work overtime when required</li>
<li>PC Competency, Word &amp; Excel and Windows OS</li>
<li>Must have excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Possessing a driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle</li>
<li>Ability to lift at least 40 pounds independently</li>
