Your role will also include helping with student appointments and community activities that support individual treatment plans. You will collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and manage behavior data, ensuring everything is documented properly and meets regulatory standards.
 
What You'll Need:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience</li>
<li>Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting</li>
<li>Experience in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies</li>
<li>CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications (must be obtained within 3 months of hire and maintained during employment)</li>
<li>Active driver's license in the state of residence that is current, valid, and in good standing</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Ability to learn and use other software related to the position</li>
</ul>
 
If you're a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), it's a plus!
