Triad Service Center is seeking&nbsp;a qualified Field&nbsp;Technician for service and repair of light industrial equipment in the Manchester, NH&nbsp;area. Equipment that is commonly worked on are&nbsp;floor scrubbers, sweepers, handicapped carts, checkout lanes, paint shakers and other commercial customer equipment found in large retail / industrial locations. Technicians will also install, and service grease containment units used in conjunction with deep fryers. This position would utilize a company vehicle regionally and therefore require a valid, good standing driver’s license.
The position would be primarily Monday-Friday, averaging&nbsp;40 hours a week.&nbsp;Vehicle, tablet, cell phone, PAID TRAINING provided.

Our&nbsp;Technicians Typical Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

<li>Have Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose, repair and complete both service calls and scheduled PMs on light industrial equipment is essential for our mechanics.</li>
<li>Successfully provide customer service by performing on-location preventative maintenance and repairs on customer equipment by performing job duties.</li>
<li>Visually inspects, tests, and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. As well as dismantles machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.</li>
<li>Installs new or repaired parts; clean and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, belts, and other parts of machinery.</li>
<li>Staying organized by scheduling repairs and PM’s in similar locations on the same day, as time and location permits. Record keeping and reporting of work orders, parts, supplies ordering, and a daily agenda.</li>
<li>Submits daily, work orders, daily agenda/timecards, parts orders, and all required paperwork. Treats company equipment (i.e. vehicle, tools, phone, tablet, credit card, and parts) as if they were his/her own and follows PM’s guidelines on company provided vehicle. </li>

The Granite YMCA is currently seeking Associate Early Learning Teachers to add to our dynamic and welcoming team. We have full-time positions available among different age-group classrooms. Our center serves children as young as 12 weeks through Kindergarten, classroom placement decisions are based on experience, need and right fit.

Qualifications and Experience:

Position Summary: To train, coach and support the individuals we serve to promote the highest level of independence, and to assist these individuals to learn new skills.
Essential Responsibilities: 
· Responsible for remaining on shift until adequate coverage can be provided as determined by House Manager or designated responsible person (Senior Person on shift).
· Responsible for consistent implementation of resident programming training (Service Agreement Goals &amp; Objectives: daily living skills, i.e. bathing, dressing, meal preparation; community, access i.e. shopping, leisure activities, concerts, sports, etc.).
· Will provide transportation for residents in vehicles approved by Agency. In emergency situations, staff may be required to transport clients in their own vehicles.
· Responsible for meeting all Residential Standards and Regulations as required by the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services and/or Moore Center Services, Inc.
· Will participate in the development of resident’s programs, i.e. Service Agreements, Behavior Programs, Strategies and Client Centered Conferences.
· Responsible for aiding in the general upkeep of residence, furnishings and equipment (yard/lawn work, mop, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, housekeeping)
· Upon successful completion of medication training program within one month and subsequent re-certification employee is responsible for supervision of residents’ self-administration and/or the distribution and administration of prescribed medications to residents as designated by the House Manager.
· Responsible for supervision of residents’ medical/evaluative appointments and accompaniment of residents to such appointments.
· Responsible for appropriate record keeping and report writing, i.e. Daily Log content, Resident Goal and Objective documentation, Significant Event Reports, Accident Reports, Behavior Programs, filing along with other reports as needed.
· Will attend the required meetings as requested.
· Responsible for reporting any pertinent client incidents/inconsistencies from routine.
· Staff working in designated residences will complete training behavior management programs prior to working with specific residents. Staff are responsible for consistently implementing and documenting interventions as indicated in programs. See addendum for physical requirements.
· Responsible for always ensuring resident hygiene and appropriate attire.

Qualifications: 
Education and Experience
· High School diploma or equivalent
· A minimum of 1 year in human services or health care required 
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
· Clean criminal, motor vehicle and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services background checks
· Valid driver’s license, 100,000/300,000 liability insurance and reliable vehicle.
Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to work independently, as part of a team, or in a group setting to increase the skills of the individuals we serve and their quality of life in the community.
· Demonstrate a strong emphasis on Customer Service skills, both to our clients and all staff
