Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Current and valid state pharmacist license without any disciplinary actions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven experience working as a pharmacist in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting, with at least 3-5 years of experience preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to ensuring compliance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and technology used in pharmacy operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to make critical decisions independently and handle stressful situations with composure.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities accordingly.&nbsp;</li>
