Mobile Overnight Counselors are also a part of the on-call emergency response team, and as such will frequently be called to leave their assigned building to respond to a request for help elsewhere. The Mobile Overnight Counselor will provide an awake night time presence, doing regular rounds throughout the building, being available to tenants as necessary, assisting with regular daily tenant wellness checks, observing and upholding the rights of tenants, overseeing occupancy agreement and house rule compliance, setting limits when appropriate, and providing crisis intervention as necessary. Mobile Overnight Counselors will contribute to the physical upkeep of the building by noting any housekeeping or maintenance issues that arise during their shift, resolving these problems themselves as possible and forwarding concerns on to appropriate staff. The Mobile Overnight Counselor will assist with organizing and maintaining required resources and tools at each building. Occasional daytime availability will be required for trainings; court proceedings, meetings and other obligations. Job Summary:
We're looking for a Residential Counselor I and II for our CBAT. CBAT is a Community Based Acute Treatment Facility, where acute residential service is available to individuals up to and including 18 years of age. The program offers short-term, 24/7, staff-secure, safe, and structured crisis treatment services in a community-based program that serves as a medically necessary, less-restrictive, and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Relief positions

Duties and Responsibilites
<ul>
<li>To implement each client's individual Level Plan objectives under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and Residential Counselor Milieu Manager.</li>
<li>To accurately log all required documentation.</li>
<li>Responsible for acting as a "Staff Advocate" for one client. to Program and Staff Development Services</li>
<li>Necessary to meet overall program and agency goals, and provide support to management and program staff.</li>
<li>To work as a cooperative team member and to be a positive role model for clients.</li>
<li>To assist clients in carrying out daily tasks and responsibilities including cleaning, cooking, and laundry. To willingly perform these tasks when clients in a fair and consistent manner.</li>
<li>To plan and organize a variety of appropriate recreational and social activities.</li>
<li>To assume other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Program Director or Program Supervisor</li>
<li>Necessary to meet administrative requirements of the job by government bodies, funding sources, agency policy, etc.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Agency policies, practices, and procedures and to meet all rules and regulations of the Agency.</li>
<li>Attends required mandatory Staff meetings.</li>
<li>Participate in all Departmental trainings as directed by Program Director.</li>
