What you'll likely work on:

 Specific Educational/Vocational Requirements:
 1. Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program. 2. A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred. 3. This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs. 4. Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if required. 5. Collect nasal specimens for point-of-care testing, following established procedures and manufacturer's recommendations. 2. Maintain specimen integrity by following appropriate infection control practices. 3. Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, gown, respirator and face shield/eye protection) for specimen collection. 3.1. Successful fit testing and ability to wear respirator (e.g. N95/KN95) 4. Ensure appropriate labeling of specimens collected. 5. Complete required documentation timely and accurately. 6. Successful completion of Point-of-Care testing specimen collection education and training 7. Successful completion of specimen collection competency 8. Report malfunction of specimen collection equipment or incidents occurring during specimen collection. 9. Successful completion of Point of Care testing specimen processing and analyzing of specimens with POC testing instrument, as permitted by state and federal regulations. 10. Must be able to utilize PPE appropriately, including respirator, gowns, gloves and eye protection. <li>Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet.</li>
