The Hatfield Rally House is a brand-new, climate-controlled 58,000 sq. ft. indoor tennis and pickleball facility opening in November 2025. We serve athletes of all ages and skill levels with a variety of offerings including court rentals, lessons, leagues, and tournaments. Position Overview As Front Desk Staff, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll help manage daily check-ins, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and support the overall customer experience. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy team players who are passionate about sports, fitness, and excellent service.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
• Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner&nbsp;
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about programs, bookings, and memberships&nbsp;
• Assist with court reservations, event sign-ups, and POS transactions&nbsp;
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized&nbsp;
• Open or close the facility depending on shift assignment&nbsp;
• Monitor activity and enforce facility rules and safety policies&nbsp;
• Support staff and coaches during events, clinics, and tournaments&nbsp;
• Assist with basic administrative duties as assigned Qualifications&nbsp;
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred&nbsp;
• Comfortable with computers, reservation systems, and payment processing&nbsp;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills&nbsp;
• Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable&nbsp;
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment&nbsp;
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends&nbsp;
• Must be 18 years or older&nbsp;

• Experience in a sports or recreation environment&nbsp;
• Knowledge of tennis or pickleball&nbsp;
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified)&nbsp;

Pay Range
$16-$18/hour depending on experience

Bale Room Attendants are responsible for collecting, sorting, and preparing waste materials for recycling or disposal. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is crucial for safety and efficiency. Adhering to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established procedures, is essential. The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently, and stand for extended periods is necessary. Requires using a forklift. The job can be physically demanding, requiring continuous standing, frequent walking, and lifting. The work environment may involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Bale Room Attendant shifts involve full-time work with the possibility of overtime. Competitive pay between $18/ Hr. to $20/ Hr. based on your experience, a generous 24% shift incentive for 12-hour Night Shift, and 8% for 2nd shift, paid holiday and vacation time, benefits and more.
