Program Development, Implementation, and Supervision 2.Effectively implements and administers programs, services, and activities for members. 3.Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure Club and child safety, quality programs, and good appearance of the branch/site at all times. Ensures that program areas are safe, well-ventilated, and well lit; and that Club equipment is maintained in a good working condition. 4.Ensures the evaluation of Club programs continually, including tracking outcome metrics; verifies that programs/activities respond to member needs and addresses their gender and cultural diversity. 5.Responsible for documenting any problems or issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis through the use of injury/incident reports. 6.Responsible for communicating with child care licensing and DCYF when applicable. 7.Participates in special programs and/or events such as all-staff training days. 8.Participates in staff meetings. 9.Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and members. 10.Other duties as assigned. 
 Requirements 
·High school diploma or GED. 
·Must be 18 years of age or older and have a minimum of 600 hours working in a school-age program. 
·Must have documentation of at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university. 
·Employees who are 19 years of age may be assigned to the senior program. 
·Knowledge of youth development. 
·Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems. 
·Ability to communicate with parents/guardians. 
·Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth. 
·Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment. 
·Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications in order to meet Bureau of Childcare licensing requirements. 
·Occasional travel for meetings/training, etc. may be required. 
·May be asked to drive Club van/short bus occasionally. (21 plus years of age only) 
·Must possess a safe driving record and submit a copy of such record to either the Operations Director or Human Resources Generalist.

<li>Provide causative research for misidentified, damaged, non-located material as required</li>
<li>Operates hand or power trucks and/or forklifts in performing warehousing duties</li>

Parts Pick up:
<ul>
<li>Provide documentation to vendors as required (tax-exempt form, credit references)</li>
<li>Review all vendor invoices to ensure accuracy on pricing, parts, and quantities</li>
</ul>
Data Entry:
<ul>
<li>Generate customer requisitions in the inventory system</li>
<li>Enter vendor receiving documents in the inventory system</li>
<li>Receive, stow and catalog in and outbound inventory</li>
</ul>
Other Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Conduct inventory research projects as requested</li>
<li>Maintain neat and clean stock room area and perform regular cycle counts of material</li>
<li>Adhere to required procedures</li>
<li>Able to pass a CORI background check</li>
<li>Pass a drug screen</li>
