Store Operations:

Budgeting:

<li>Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily.</li>
<li>Change gas prices as requested </li>
<li>Analyze reports to anticipate and navigate customer traffic and plan accordingly. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in a Management role within a retail operation.</li>
<li>Maintain an Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B license as required by the State and designate a staff member to maintain Operator C.</li>
<li>Possess a forward-thinking positive attitude.</li>
<li>A self-starter who takes pride in the ownership of the Store and all its responsibilities.</li>
<li>Team focuses leader with excellent internal and external customer service skills. </li>
<li>Maintain ServSafe certification. </li>
