RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Analyze and clearly communicate legal advice designed to maximize outcomes for patients and for AbbVie on complex, strategic agreements related to pharmaceutical licenses and collaborations and other strategic alliances.</li>
<li>Assess and counsel on antitrust and competition risks and considerations, and competition filings, with respect to transactions in multiple jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Provide clear advice to clients, including management, ensuring that advice maximizes the potential of our pipeline.</li>
<li>Use good judgment in determining whether and when to elevate issues to senior attorneys and senior management.</li>
<li>Assist senior legal staff on matters of significant importance to AbbVie that affect a substantial portion of AbbVie's business.</li>
<li>Serve as recognized source, for both management and other attorneys, of innovative ideas in complex areas of law, business, or technology.</li>

Qualifications 
Education Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must possess a J.D. degree.</li>
<li>Must meet the professional licensing requirement of the state in which they practice within a two-year time-period.</li>

What does aN Experienced Surveillance Investigator do?
As a Surveillance Investigator at Ethos Risk Services, you will conduct covert surveillance, review files, and draft detailed case reports. What you need to be successful
To qualify for this position candidates must possess:

<li>Conduct clearance searches using online databases, and review and analyze cited references for potential conflicts.</li>
<li>Prepare and file trademark applications, amendments, statements of use, assignments, renewal applications, and other trademark-related documents with the United States Patent &amp; Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign trademark offices.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage and update the trademark docket, including ensuring that all trademark-related deadlines are accurately recorded and monitored.</li>
<li>Correspond with clients to report the status of active matters and to respond to client inquiries.</li>
<li>Provide support in litigation and enforcement matters, including preparing exhibits and discovery materials, and conducting research as needed.</li>

Requirements
