As a Residential Program Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical and administrative aspects of a residential program for adults living with developmental disabilities, as well as the overall health and safety of the persons residing there. <li>Ensure appropriate use of program petty cash, gas cards, credit cards and funds belonging to individuals served; follow auditing protocols.</li>
<li>Ensure highest quality of safety standards and that infection control protocols are followed. </li>

<li>Complete all required trainings and certifications. </li>
<li>Provide 24 hour on-call, on a rotating basis, to ensure program oversight and access to resources. </li>
<li>Provide emergency coverage during crisis to assure individuals served needs are met and optimal service delivery is maintained. </li>
</ol>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>HS diploma (or GED) required, in addition to:
<ul>
<li>1 year of experience in related field, and 1 year of experience in a supervisory role; or </li>
<li>2 years of experience in a related field</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence. </li>
<li>Basic computer literacy, including the ability to record data, use electronic time and attendance software and receive and send electronic mail. </li>
<li>Effective critical thinking and communication skills.</li>
