GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES is looking to add Caregiver to join our team in who are compassionate &amp; supports elderly residents in their homes with all daily assigned activities as well as ensure residents' safety and well-being are met by facilitating social interactions, therapeutic conversations, and secure environments. Also offer prompts to the client, if needed. They should demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of resident care by using a sensitive approach. Knowledge and compliance of all state resident rights are required. The Home health Aide should maintain a safe &amp; secure environment by following all standards &amp; procedure taking care of all safety precautions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Supervision &amp; Assistance in Bathing and dressing/undressing &amp; other hygiene related responsibilities</li>
<li>Assistance in mobility &amp; encourage clients to follow prescribed exercise program which may include range of motion (ROM) exercise &amp; walking</li>
<li>Assistance in transferring client from bed to chair or other Equipements</li>
<li>Assistance in turning &amp; re-positioning the client as prescribed as well as providing care to pressure point areas e.g. backrubs</li>
<li>Housekeeping like vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, maintain clean bathroom &amp; kitchen</li>
<li>Laundry services,</li>
<li>Shopping for grocery &amp; other household requirements (NOT APPLICABLE FOR DRIVERS)</li>
<li>Meal preparation &amp; serving to clients, making sure to follow all dietary requirements</li>
<li>Transportation when needed like taking clients to appointments or therapy (NOT APPLICABLE FOR DRIVERS)</li>
<li>Reminding about the medicine &amp; helping them with pre-dosed ones.</li>
<li>Continence care</li>
