We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and organized part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with a kind, fun-loving individual who benefits from support with daily routines, organization, and independence. This is a meaningful role with a consistent schedule and the opportunity to grow into additional hours if desired.

Schedule & Hours

• Tuesday through Friday, 1:00 PM 3:30 PM
• 10 hours per week (transportation and in-home supports)
• Pick-up from work at 1:00 PM in Johnson
• Optional additional 7 hours per week supporting another participant in the community on Tuesdays and Fridays
• Total potential of up to 17 hours per week

What Youll Be Doing

• Provide transportation from work at 1:00 PM
• Offer in-home supports following pick-up
• Assist with daily life skills, including:
  • Staying organized in the home
  • Cooking and meal preparation
  • Creating shopping lists and running errands
  • Laundry and household tasks
  • Keeping track of appointments and daily responsibilities
• Support independence while building a positive, respectful relationship

• Experience in support roles helpful but not required
