Job Summary:

<li>Familiarity with the major models of clinical supervision, in terms of philosophical assumptions and practical implications, and the ability to compare and contrast them with other models.</li>

<li>Advanced knowledge of the major issues experienced by clients (e.g., mental illness, alcoholism, drug abuse).</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must possess a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or other human service field.</li>
<li>Minimum Experience: Five years experience working with children/families in therapeutic/clinical setting preferred. </li>
<li>Experience in working with youth and families in a Therapeutic/Clinical setting. </li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies: school state agencies, juvenile court, etc.</li>
