 The Role: Assistant Property Manager We’re seeking a proactive, organized Assistant Property Manager to help oversee multiple apartment communities throughout the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire.  What You Bring We’re looking for a customer-focused, self-driven professional with: • 1–3 years of residential property management or leasing experience • Strong administrative, organizational, computer, and marketing skills • Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word &amp; Excel; basic knowledge of property management software • Confidence to take initiative, delegate, and support project goals • Ability to assist with budgets, capital projects, and vendor management • A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license • Residency within the Merrimack Valley/southern NH area

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

<li>Maintain the safety and security of Canyon Ranch property, guests, and staff.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the security gate, screen vehicles, and greet guests professionally.</li>
<li>Operate security systems and surveillance equipment to ensure effective oversight.</li>
<li>Patrol the property on foot and by vehicle to identify and address potential safety concerns.</li>
<li>Investigate lost and found items, ensuring prompt return to guests, including packaging and shipping when needed.</li>
<li>Respond to medical and other emergency situations efficiently and appropriately.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
<ul>
<li>Available Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM</li>
<li>1–2 years of prior related work experience.</li>
<li>At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.</li>
<li>CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.</li>
</ul>
