<li>Supervise children in class at all times; assist at lunch &amp; snack times; assist with safe return of children to identified guardian.</li>
<li>Must adhere to Catamount's employment policies.</li>
<li>Maintain an even and pleasant temperament when dealing with all Catamount guests regardless of their age.</li>
<li>Attend minimum required training sessions throughout the winter season.</li>
<li>Must possess and maintain contemporary equipment, including a Snow Sports specific helmet.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>High school diploma preferred.</li>
<li>Intermediate or above skier/snowboarder (comfortable skiing on blue trails).</li>
<li>Possess excellent communication skills/able to communicate effectively to groups and individuals as assigned.</li>
<li>Must work well in a team.</li>
<li>Must be at least 14 years of age prior to start of Season and pass a criminal background check CORI.</li>
<li>Must be able and willing to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Previous ski/snowboard instruction experience preferred.</li>
<li>PSIA/AASI/USSA certification preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience working with children &amp; school groups preferred.</li>
