Northeast Family Services is a premier and rapidly growing mental health provider with over 20 years' experience providing in-person, in-home, and telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking a professional and caring ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Massachusetts team! The ABA Program Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for carrying a small caseload and also providing training and supervision to staff within the ABA program across the state. As a clinician, the clinical supervisor will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, development of treatment plans, provision of family consultations and trainings, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. As a supervisor, the clinical supervisor will be responsible for providing ongoing supervision to staff in the ABA program, be available to answer clinical and procedural questions, and also provide supervision to staff within NFS who are pursuing the BCBA credential.

Job Description
As a Residential Support Counselor, you will provide direct care to individuals living in a residential setting. The RSS will help individuals with daily living skills, transportation, skill-building, money management, medication administration, risk mitigation and other areas based on the person centered treatment plan. Services are provided based on Recovery tenets and are aimed to promote overall health and well-being of persons served. Salary range: 
$20.00 per hour
$2.00 / hour differential for high intensity programs
What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Engage people and partner with them to improve their health and wellness, achieve symptom stabilization and self-management and develop and/or restore skills impacted by mental illness to help them live a self-directed life.</li>
<li>Assist people with psychiatric and substance use disorders to identify personal priorities, preferences, strengths, and interests in order to help them establish goals that support a life in recovery.</li>
<li>Arrange and transport residents to appointments or daily outings.</li>
<li>Complete administrative tasks, such as answering phones or filling out paperwork.</li>
<li>Assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning</li>
<li>Provide side-by-side support and coaching to help people socialize to socialize and become more involved in their community</li>
</ul>
What you’ll need:
<ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: In lieu of college degree, at least one year experience with population that has severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder.</li>
<li>Skills: Must have valid driver’s license. Must be MAP certified within five months of hire and complete CPR/First Aide within orientation period (all training/certification provided).</li>
<li>Additional skills: ASL fluency a plus</li>

Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Position Summary: The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN plans, coordinates, and delivers individualized patient care based on a thorough assessment and care plan in collaboration with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: 1. Patient Care Management: &nbsp; &nbsp;- Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and interdisciplinary team. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Perform skilled nursing tasks such as wound care, Foley catheter care, IV therapy, and medication administration. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments and interventions. &nbsp; &nbsp; 2. Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing). - Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice (Massachusetts). - Certifications: BLS/CPR certification; additional certifications (e.g., wound care, IV therapy) are a plus.
