Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.</li>
<li>Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels.</li>
<li>Setting up customer appointments for the sales department.</li>
<li>Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales</li>
<li>Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base; measured through monthly online percentage.</li>
<li>Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments</li>
<li>Respond to internet, phone, text and live chat inquiries</li>
<li>Utilize CRM system daily</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>At least 2 year experience </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of automotive features and specifications.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.</li>
