The Role

Position Summary
The Forensic Chemist II supports the 908 Devices' portfolio of field-portable chemical detection and identification devices. The position remotely supports the efforts of law enforcement, emergency responders, and R&amp;D partners through spectral review of analytical data from fielded users on high pressure mass spectrometers, FTIR, and Raman devices. This position plays a vital role in supporting the post-processing process, ensuring compliance, and maintaining product quality from start to finish. As a Post Processing Technician I, you will be responsible for performing routine tasks across all processing areas, working under the guidance of the Processing Supervisor and Post Processing Technician III. Your responsibilities will include conducting green waste disposal processes, trimming batches by hand and machine, and assisting with the dry and cure processes. You'll play a role in maintaining quality control measures, ensuring batches meet product standards, and supporting inventory management by keeping accurate records. In addition, you will be expected to keep your workspaces and machinery clean, sanitized, and organized to maintain operational efficiency.
Previous experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to focus on sensitive and complex tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability are essential to succeed in this role. You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform manual tasks requiring fine motor skills. A majority female owned business, we bake a diverse variety of Joseph's Branded and private label flat bread items that are widely distributed to grocery retailers throughout the United States, Central &amp; South America, and the Caribbean Islands. Joseph's Bakery is a high growth environment with ten processing lines and approximately 150k square feet of manufacturing space. Position Summary
The R&amp;D Technician supports the Research &amp; Development team in the creation, testing, and improvement of new and existing products, processes, and equipment. Key Responsibilities
