We're seeking a Project Manager for the Research and Education Collaborative (REC) to help KRI turn data into meaningful change and improve lives across Massachusetts. Team Overview 
The Integrations team is responsible for building and maintaining Klaviyo's integrations to a variety of 3rd party vendors. These vendors can be grouped across a number of industries such as ecommerce, point of sale, payment processing, advertising, and fundraising. In order to enable our customers to integrate with these different vendors we provide easy-to-use interfaces that guide our customers through the setup and management of an integration. Behind the scenes, we use a variety of pipelines to process data flowing to and from these vendors at scale. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and have substantial exposure to Klaviyo's customers, including businesses, partners, and third-party developers.

How you'll make an impact
The Integrations team operates at the intersection of distributed systems, software architecture data mapping &amp; pipelining, scalability, and reliability. As a Software Engineer, you will help us build thousands of integrations across various verticals in a fast, flexible, efficient, and maintainable way, resulting in world class customer and developer experiences. Critical components of the Integrations space include Klaviyo's V3 APIs, 3rd party vendor's APIs, inbound and outbound data pipelines, and data mapping and transformation. Your Impact:
As Associate Director of the Annual Fund, you’ll support the planning, execution, and growth of The Trustees’ comprehensive annual giving program. The Trustees’ Founders Circle is a highly segmented, multichannel leadership annual giving initiative that includes personalized solicitations and meaningful donor engagement opportunities. You’ll play a key role in managing core components of this $5+ million program by implementing annual giving strategies, coordinating donor messaging and communications, collaborating with the Events team to deliver impactful donor experiences, and ensuring the effective execution of appeals, renewals, and stewardship efforts. 

The Role: 
As the Associate Director, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, this highly collaborative position works across the Development team and with colleagues statewide to implement strategies that engage, retain, and grow the annual giving program. You will also lead stewardship efforts to strengthen donor relationships and inspire increased giving. 
The AD, Annual Fund, will design and implement a segmented, highly personalized, multi-channel annual giving program (direct mail, email, digital, events). Ensure personalized solicitations and stewardship for key donor segments and create meaningful donor experiences to deepen engagement and loyalty.

Who You Are:

The Editors team is responsible for building common reusable components for the message editor. This team powers all the editors at Klaviyo.
