Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Maintain confidentiality of client, employee and agency information in accordance with federal and state laws and funder requirements. </li>
<li>Understanding of HUD HQS/EOHLC inspection requirements of new units, existing units and reinspection of those units as required. </li>

<li>Implement, develop, maintain the operation of information and reporting systems and any associated database directories. </li>

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Responsibilities:

<li>Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist</li>
<li>Provide chairside assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment</li>
<li>Charting during the dental examination</li>
<li>Take and process X-rays</li>
<li>Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area</li>
<li>Set up and break down operatories</li>
<li>Assist with supply inventory and ordering</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and professional office environment</li>
<li>Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of customer service at all times</li>
<li>Work as part of a team with an emphasis on communication </li>

Qualifications:

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $136,000 a year.
Location: Dorchester office: 150 Mount Vernon Street, Dorchester, MA 02125
Schedule: 3 Days on site in the Dorchester office: 8a-4:30p and 2 Days Remote: 8a-4:30p.
 Experience:
<ul>
<li>Home care experience.</li>
<li>3 years clinical experience</li>
<li>1 year of leadership experience.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation</li>
<li>Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts</li>
