The Sales Specialist is responsible for the Acquisition and Retention of Clients as well as Operations, as described below.
Qualifications 
CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RETENTION:

<li>Meet company and personal sales goals by upholding Frette’s selling ceremonies, as well as fostering client relationships.</li>
<li>Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of service to the client.</li>
<li>Capture client data as per Frette’s CRM guidelines, to complete authentic and personal client outreach to develop rapport and generate lasting relationships for client acquisition and retention.</li>
<li>Handle client inquiries across all channels of communication including email, phone, WhatsApp, and messaging.</li>
<li>Perform various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases (in-person/phone/email), processing of cash or credit payments, and counting money.</li>
<li>Create quotes using Frette branded templates for clients and coordinate bespoke or alterations as needed to fulfill the client’s orders.</li>
<li>Offer and execute Frette’s white glove services, including home consultations and installations, to build add-on sales and client relations.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our clients, treating clients and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of all marketing activations to maximize the ROI.</li>
</ul>
OPERATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Efficiently execute the following daily performance needs, including but not limited to: key holder opening and closing store procedures, cash handling, charge sends, returns and exchanges, resolving client concerns as well as completing and relaying all required reporting.</li>
<li>Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized.</li>
<li>Participate in maintaining visual standards, including VM rotations, bed changes, and daily VM and cleanliness standards.</li>
<li>Participate in bi-annual inventory.</li>
<li>Liaise and partner with IT on any helpdesk-related inquiries.</li>
</ul>
Additional responsibilities as needed per business needs as identified by the Store Manager and Corporate Business Partners.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Minimum 3+ years of experience within a luxury retail environment, hospitality, or interior design.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Proficiency with retail operating systems including POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>

Overview
The Studio Coordinator is the first point of contact and the face of Visions Tattoo, Piercing &amp; Art Gallery—setting the tone, upholding policies, and delivering an elevated, luxury-level experience through consistent execution. We’re looking for someone who brings calm professionalism, strong organization, and a warm, confident presence from the first hello.
 
We are a private, appointment-only studio—so clear communication, strong boundaries, and consistent policy enforcement matter.
 
The Studio Coordinator reports directly to the owner and is accountable for all front desk operations and client communications. This role ensures our service standards are met consistently—for clients and for the team.
 
You’ll engage with clients and promote our services through one-on-one interactions, both over the phone and in person. The right candidate has a genuine interest in the body piercing industry and fine body jewelry, exceptional client service instincts, and the ability to learn and clearly communicate our services, policies, and product knowledge.
 
You’ll also help ensure the building remains safe, clean, well-stocked, and operationally sound. You will be trained and supported, but you must bring initiative, emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
 
This role directly supports the Senior Piercer/Floor Manager with administrative and office duties to create a seamless, elevated experience for both clients and staff.

First-Floor Operations + Presentation Standards
