Are you the Resident Care Assistant we're looking for?
To thrive as a Full-Time Resident Care Assistant at Broadview Assisted Living, you'll need a heart full of empathy and a passion for caring for others. While certifications like CNA, LNA, HHC, or PCA training are preferred, we believe in nurturing talent and are happy to provide internal training for the right candidates. Successful applicants should possess strong communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. You'll need to be adaptable, as every day brings unique challenges and rewarding moments.
With a focus on compassion and community, this role is perfect for those who want to make an impact while continuing to develop their skills in a supportive environment! Shifts available are 11-7am with a $7 shift differential.

Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
</li>
<li>
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
</li>
<li>
Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
</li>
<li>
Provide medication reminders as needed.
</li>
<li>
Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>
High School Diploma or GED (required).
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
</li>
<li>
HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — we provide training!
</li>
<li>
Open availability strongly preferred.
</li>
<li>
Must pass a criminal background check.
</li>
<li>
Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
</li>
<li>
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
</li>
