Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 + 5% Bonus

We are growing and looking for a high-energy Project Engineer who isn't afraid to wear multiple hats-you will be designing heat exchangers, managing the project schedule, and actually writing the technical proposals to win new business!

What You Will Be Doing
- Design: Designing heat exchangers, cold plates, and thermal assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Project Management: Leading New Product Development (NPD) teams to ensure cost, performance, and schedule goals are met.
- Winning Business: Writing technical proposals and presenting ideas to customers to win new contracts.
- Testing: Getting your hands dirty in the lab to execute verification test plans.
- Analysis: Using FEA (and potentially CFD) to validate designs before they are built.
What You Need for this Position
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, or Similar..
- Thermal Design: Experience with Heat Exchangers, Cold Plates, or Thermodynamics is highly desired.
- CAD & Analysis: Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Project Management: Experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools to track schedules.
- Communication: A rare ability to write clear technical proposals and present to clients.
- Manufacturing: Knowledge of metal forming, CNC machining, or brazing/joining is a huge plus.
