Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing great guest service? Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about maintaining clean, safe environments? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a Pool Attendant!
As a Pool Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering a positive and relaxing poolside experience for our guests. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, safety, and order throughout the pool deck and surrounding areas while providing friendly, professional service.
What You’ll Do:

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests

Clean and inspect pool bathrooms to meet safety and presentation standards

Replenish supplies and notify management of needed repairs or maintenance

Clean and maintain pool and spa tiles according to safety guidelines

Distribute and manage pool towels responsibly

Clean, arrange, and maintain pool furniture daily

Remove trash, debris, and potential hazards from pool and deck areas

Monitor pool areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environment

Interact professionally with guests and owners, delivering a Gold Crown–level hospitality experience

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required
-
2+ years of hospitality experience preferred; resort or timeshare experience a plus!

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
-
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must meet company standards of conduct and appearance
