We offer a competitive salary of $75,000-$79,000 annually (depending on experience), as well as outstanding benefits, including:

QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree
- Possessing an advanced degree is a plus!
- 5+ years of experience in education, youth development, or nonprofit management
- 2+ years supervising full-time staff or multi-site programs
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of program evaluation
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS
As our Senior Director of Programs, you take the reins in ensuring our after-school STEM programs are engaging, effective, and impactful. You oversee a network of sites, working closely with staff to refine curricula, enhance learning experiences, and build relationships with community partners. You mentor and support program coordinators and instructors, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Whether you're strategizing with senior leadership, managing budgets and supplies, or ensuring compliance with child safety standards, your role is pivotal in shaping the future of Kids In Tech's programs. Your leadership sets the foundation for innovation, collaboration, and lasting change in STEM education.

Since our first after-school tech club launched in 2016, Kids in Tech has empowered young learners from low-income households to engage in immersive, hands-on STEM education.
