Full Time Physical Therapy Position Job Description:

Evaluation and treatment of patients in timely manner consistent with OFF-SEASON Sports & Physical Therapy’s standards, APTA’s best practices and within the scope of physical therapy set forth by the Massachusetts board of allied health.

Use of manual therapy skills when appropriate: instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and active release techniques as well as deep tissue, ischemic release and cupping. Further training upon request.

Use of taping techniques when appropriate: Kinesiology, McConnell taping and other various athletic taping techniques. Further training upon request.

Notes to be completed within 48hrs of patient visit.

Assist with maintaining an organized clinic setting, washing towels, cleaning, trash removal and other various clinic housekeeping needs.

Content for two social media posts per week on OFF-SEASON Sports & PT media outlets.

$1000 per year towards continuing education.

If not dry needle certified we give $1000 twds dry needle cert. if done within 3 months of hire.

Compensation: Salary: 85K Base Salary and est. up to 125k on plan earnings.

Splits of the following services:

Dry needling (30%), StimWave sales ($125 per package sold), Orthotics ($50 per pair sold) and personal training/specialty trainings as well as clinics and classes operated (varies based on rates charged and volume).

Health insurance and IRA plans available.

Hours: 40 patient care hours per week (includes dry needling, orthotics, and StemWave as it is done during patient visit). Personal training/specialty training as well as clinics and class hours are self-managed in terms of when, but scheduled via front desk and is optional if you choose to do this.
