Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time, School-Based (1099 Contractor)
Location: Fully Remote | Serving Vermont K-12 Students
Are you an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont looking for an exciting opportunity to work with K-12 students remotely? We are seeking a dedicated SLP to deliver high-quality teletherapy services to students across the state. This full-time, 1099 independent contractor role offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on students' speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized teletherapy to K-12 students, addressing a wide range of speech and language disorders such as articulation, fluency, and language comprehension
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement strategies to meet IEP goals
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and assessments
- Offer ongoing support to families and school staff, ensuring students' needs are met effectively
Qualifications:
- Active Vermont SLP license
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification required
- 2 years previous experience working in school setting
- Strong proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital tools for service delivery
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
