CT / X-Ray Technologist (Primarily CT)\n\nIMPORTANT: This is a CT/X-Ray Tech position.\n• CT is the primary modality\n• X-Ray experience is REQUIRED\n\nSubmission & Eligibility Requirements\n\n• RTO must be noted and verified at upload\n• RTO after upload will NOT be approved\n• Maximum 5 days RTO allowed (less preferred)\n• 50-mile radius rule strictly enforced\n– Berkshire Health System will NOT consider travelers living within 50 miles\n– Permanent address must be included at profile upload\n\nCOVID Requirement (MANDATORY)\n\n• COVID vaccination required (dose on or after 10/3/23)\n• Vaccination card or intent to submit exemption form must be uploaded with profile\n• Approved exemptions require provider/religious leader signature\n• If exempt, traveler must wear a mask at all times on site\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\n• Perform a wide range of CT and diagnostic radiology procedures\n• Apply independent judgment and critical thinking to support diagnosis\n• Perform IV insertions and contrast injections\n• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, CT, PACS systems\n• Use PACS, HIS, RIS appropriately\n• Maintain infection control, OSHA compliance, and patient confidentiality\n• Communicate effectively (written, verbal, Tiger Text)\n• Maintain annual mandatory education and department competencies\n• May assume supervisory or instructional duties as assigned\n\nOrientation & Pay\n\n• Non-billable orientation: 8 hours\n• OT / Holiday / Call-Back multiplier: 1.25×\n• Call pay: $4/hour\n• Charge duties: Not applicable
