\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n
- \n\t
- 1-2 years of recent Telemetry or Med-Surg RN experience
- Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- ACLS certification preferred
- NHISS required before start date
- Ability to pass Dysrhythmia Exam (score 80% or higher)
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Critical Care RNs welcome if experienced with med-surg ratios and acuity

\n\nTelemetry RN Responsibilities\n\n
- \n\t
- Provide high-quality patient care in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans
- Float to other units or nearby Concord Hospital locations as needed
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
- Maintain required nursing certifications and participate in ongoing education
- Ensure a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment
