Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with moderate to severe needs in an early childhood through grade 5 setting. This contract position is based in Adams, MA, within a school environment dedicated to fostering growth and development for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work directly with students exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral challenges
- Collect and record data to monitor progress and assist in program adjustments
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a positive and structured learning environment
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with early childhood and elementary age children, preferably in grades K-5
- Ability to manage a moderate to severe caseload effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work under professional supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery
