Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Hospice Home Health RN for a contract assignment in Hyannis, MA. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong hospice skills who can deliver dignified, compassionate care to patients and families. Candidates should be comfortable with independent patient management, rotating weekends, and on call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide hospice nursing care in patient homes

Monitor, assess, and manage patient comfort and symptoms

Coordinate with the hospice interdisciplinary team

Support and educate families throughout the hospice process

Maintain accurate charting using Homecare Homebase
Qualifications:
-
Active Massachusetts RN license
-
At least 2 years of nursing experience

Minimum 1 year of hospice home health experience required

BLS certification

Skilled in Homecare Homebase

Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and car insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
