Special Education Teacher Opportunity Massachusetts (Contract)
Seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support diverse K-12 caseloads in academic settings throughout Massachusetts. Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students with special needs in a variety of classroom environments.
- Manage caseloads that span kindergarten through grade 12, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning requirements.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance instructional strategies and student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required.
- Experience managing caseloads ranging K-12 preferred.
- Ability to work within various classroom models including resource rooms, inclusion settings, and self-contained classrooms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues.
