Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineer Leader to oversee our electrical engineering projects. This role involves leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability in renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers in the design and implementation of electrical systems.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and review control systems and power systems for various applications.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Matlab for designing and analyzing electrical systems.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Ensure design verification meets compliance standards and industry best practices.
- Drive initiatives for renewable energy projects and embedded systems development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PE license preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on control systems and power systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Matlab, Simulink, and PCB design software.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and embedded systems.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and compliance standards.
