Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters degree preferred)

Massachusetts Special Education certification (or eligibility)

Experience working with students with disabilities in K-12 settings

Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills

Proficiency in developing and managing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

Dedication to supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth
