About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Law Clerk to join our Legal & Compliance team as a contractor/temp. This role is critical to supporting our legal and compliance operations, especially during our ongoing merger with Nova Biomedical Corporation. You will assist with the administration of legal requirements across the organization and its subsidiaries, as well as support compliance training and integration efforts within the Nova organization.
Location: Norwood, MA (Onsite with remote/hybrid ability) Department: Legal Compensation: $23/hour Hours: 12–16 per week Start Date: ASAP End Date: TBD, Temporary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal and compliance work related to the merger, including overview of legal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support administration of legal requirements across all global subsidiaries.
- Support maintenance and review of international distributor records.
- Help with compliance training and integration into Nova and across the global organization.
- Provide general support to the Legal & Compliance department as needed.
Qualifications
- Current law or business student
- Interest in legal and compliance work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Norwood, with hybrid arrangements
