Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain document repository organization
• Experience with project activities including stakeholder analysis and risk management
• Capability to deliver project milestones within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior demonstrated experience as a skilled Project Manager
• Experience with Medicaid, healthcare, or education-related IT projects

Specific Skills:

• Project scheduling & tracking (MS Project, Azure DevOps, PPMT)
• Document and deliverable management
• Risk/issue management
• Stakeholder engagement & meeting facilitation
• Change management oversight
• Financial tracking & reporting

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Certifications: PMP (required), HIPAA (required); Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation (preferred)
