Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This contract position offers an opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics and school-based services. Located in Lynn, MA, the role serves an elementary school setting, providing support to students from elementary through middle school.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students, delivering speech and language therapy to support their communication development. The position is onsite and requires commitment to full-time hours, ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week during the contract school year (CSY).
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings
- Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
