• Is an effective hands-on leader (will be on-site full-time )
DUTIES CURRENTLY & AS WE GROW
• Managing roles of team members on the floor
• Recruit and interview new potential FOH staff members
• Provide positive leadership and coaching to staff
• Hold staff accountable for service standards and operational procedures
• Help maintain and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency + quality of service
• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Keep and regularly update accurate inventories
• Safely and accurately manage cash
• Creating a positive and engaging experience for guests through elevated service
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of taproom
• Ongoing training of taproom staff
• Managing taproom scheduling and managing labor costs
• Taproom event management
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
• Required to work at least (3) days actively behind the bar – including one weekend day – as this role requires enhanced visibility and access.
• Ability to work during peak periods such as weekends, evenings, and holidays (required); as noted above, this job will require active participation in the taproom
