PRIDE-FFS- Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Help us realize our dream of offering a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY! This position will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally informed and competent way.
Hybrid position to work from home and only 1 day in office per week required!!

FEE FOR SERVICE POSITION
Compensation:
Fee for Service:

$45/hour for MA Level
-
$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity

$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience

$65-$70/hour for independent license
Incentive for on-site:
-
50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
-
75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
-
90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
Premiums paid for:

Non-English language capacity

Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required

Independent Clinical License within 2 years

Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus

Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
