Join our dedicated team in Andover, Massachusetts as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 25/26 academic year! We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to provide behavioral support and intervention services to students in our district.
Details:
- Start/End Date: August 25, 2025 - June 18, 2026
- Full time: 37.5 hrs/wk
- Caseload/Duties:
- K-12 ASD population moderate behaviors
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting school teams across district
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes and foster a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
