Job DescriptionAre you a proven leader who knows how to run a high-performing service department? Patrick Motors is seeking a highly qualified Service Manager with a minimum of 10 years of automotive service management experience to join our award-winning team!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all service department operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and profitability
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain the highest standards for quality control, safety, and efficiency
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and drive growth in service sales and retention
- Ensure compliance with OEM, warranty, and dealership policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of proven success as a Service Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of service operations, CSI metrics, and process improvement
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and manufacturer partners
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and service scheduling software
