Slitter Operator - Weekend Day

Job DescriptionWe are hiring an Entry-Level Slitter Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing—training will be provided. Temp to hire, Bonus after 30 days if hired on Permanent for weekend shift! Weekend Days (Fri, Sat, Sun 6am to 6pm)Must train on First Shift – Monday through Friday 6am to 2pm- Training can last as long as 6 months. Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor slitting machinery safely
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Assist with machine setup and basic troubleshooting
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete production documentation
• Work as part of a team producing secure currency products

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity
• Basic industrial math skills
• Willingness to learn computer-based machine monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• This positions requires you to pass a security clearance which requires US Citizenship and ability to pass pre-employment screening that includes a background check, credit check, and drug screen.
