This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a dynamic opportunity spanning the 25/26 school year, providing services to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade based on experience. The position operates on a contract basis with a 37.5-hour workweek, supporting diverse learners across multiple grade levels.
Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students. The role requires collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that foster student growth and communication skills. You will also monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies to meet each student's needs effectively.
Qualifications and preferred experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong preference for bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, to serve a majority bilingual district population
- Ability to effectively manage caseloads and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
