🏥 Facility: Northern Counties Health Care, Inc.
🕒 Duration: 13 Weeks
💼 Schedule: Day shifts, M-F with possible weekends
💵 Pay Rate: $75/hr | OT: $85/hr
📆 Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
💰 Weekly Gross: $2700
• $1620/week per diem (stipend)
• $1080/week W2 (taxable)
📌 Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in St. Johnsbury, VT. Ideal for independent, compassionate professionals with a strong community nursing background.
✅ Requirements:
- Current Vermont RN License (Required)
- BSN Preferred
- 1+ year of clinical nursing experience (home health/community health preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License + Reliable Transportation
- Proficient with electronic health records
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
