We are now accepting applications for Recreation and Kids Program Staff for our upcoming season.

Recreation and Kids Program Staff are responsible for planning, leading, and supervising age-appropriate activities (sports, crafts, games) while ensuring participant safety, enforcing rules, and providing a positive environment. Duties also include administrative tasks like record-keeping, communication, and facility upkeep and cleaning pre-and post-program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Some essential competencies are: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, prior children's programming or camp counselor experience preferred, able to take and give clear direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment, ability to read and follow safety protocols. Current CPR and first aid certification preferred. Employees must maintain a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may be long and varied, including evening and weekends, required full-shift walking and standing. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently.
