Overview of the position
We’re currently hiring a part-time IT Technician (20 hours/week) who is passionate about making technology accessible, reliable, and user-friendly. You’ll be working directly with clients to resolve a wide range of tech issues, from desktop support to system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is not just technically skilled—but also a great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others.
This position starts part-time, with potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
What you’ll do
Provide hands-on technical support for both PC and Mac environments
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and patience
Maintain accurate documentation for asset and issue tracking
Collaborate with our team to improve service processes and client experience
Required qualifications
Located in Massachusetts
Access to reliable transportation (car)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 3 years of experience with computer systems and general IT support
Preferred qualifications
Flexible availability
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Expected pay
Minimum of 10 hours/week with opportunity to grow into
20+ hours or full-time
$24/hour
