Pause Wellness Center is seeking licensed or pre-licensed clinicians to join our collaborative group practice in Northborough, MA. This is a fee-for-service position with a clear pathway to full-time salary and benefits as you build your caseload.

• Earn per session based on CPT codes (approximately 50% of collected revenue for pre-licensed, 55% for fully licensed)
• Clinical supervision available for pre-licensed clinicians
• Steady referral flow and all administrative support (billing, scheduling, credentialing)

Compensation:

$80,000 potential depending on licensure & retention

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individual clients (couples/families based on training)
• Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Build and maintain a consistent caseload
• Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings
• For pre-licensed clinicians: Attend regular supervision toward licensure

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• Active MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) OR pre-licensed status
• Strong clinical skills with diverse populations
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload
• Comfortable working with insurance-based clients
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
